During the farming of juvenile rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss), losses can be very high. In aquaculture, various agents are used, such as copper, for purpose preventive action and prevention appearance pathogens (ectoparasites, etc.). The aim this study was to determine effects substrate-fixed copper microparticles on growth survival mykiss) up age 5 months. experiment conducted in Laboratory Aquaculture Faculty Agriculture, University Banja Luka, 142 days flow aquariums with a 65 l/aquarium volume. set two groups (150 units/group) three replicates (50 units/replicate), control group without (K) (Cu). initial weight total body length (mean ? SD) K were 0.199 0.008 g 2.876 0.036 cm, Cu 0.197 0.009 2.893 0.038 cm. average individuals from similar (p > 0.05). differences FCR, CF, SGR TGC between not statistically significant Survival high it 97.33% 96.00% Cu, no difference found similar.
